Chuck Morrow has served in ministry for over 20 years in various roles. He was licensed into the Gospel Ministry in 2010 his greatest ministry is to his family, wife Amy, and two sons Jacob and Jadon.  Chuck is a graduate of West Liberty State College with a BA in Fine Arts Music/Theology. In addition to serving the UOVBA, Chuck previously served the West Virginia Convention of Southern Baptist as an officer of the state convention being the Recording Secretary and various committees. Outside of the Association and State Convention, he teaches music & PE at Indian Creek Christian School.  Chuck was a Sergeant in United States Army Reserve as an Administrative Personnel Specialist serving 8 years in that position.

Jonathan serves as our Associational Administrator and previously as our Technology and Resource Coordinator. Jonathan oversees the daily administrative duties of the office, social media, and technology.  Jonathan also serves as an Executive Board Member for the West Virginia Convention of Southern Baptist. He is a long time Wheeling Nailers fan and Pittsburgh Penguins Hockey fan.  Outside of the office, Jonathan assists with coaching at Cameron Jr Hi and High School, he also serves at Cameron Baptist Church with media.
